Dear Walt: I was wondering if you were aware of the current conditions at the River Belle Terrace restaurant at Disneyland? The eatery was recently “refurbished” to serve you better. For starters, the food is now terrible. I’m not sure why, but the park decided not to make the pancakes and other items to order. Now, they are simply left under heat lamps and wait for someone to order them. The line now backs up and waits are easily over half an hour because the cashier is at the end of the line. Guests now hold up the line as they fumble about for their cash. They also replaced the dishware for plastic plates and utensils. Very classy. Did I mention the food is now cold, old, and frankly terrible? So Mr. Disney, I highly recommended that you take a look at what the current management is doing at your original magic kingdom. The River Belle Terrace was once my family’s favorite eatery to have breakfast. Now, I see no reason to ever eat there again. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Eric Discuss the Editorial
