Progress on the $1 billion overhaul of Disney’s California Adventure continues as areas of Paradise Pier reopen. The midway games area is reopening after receiving a massive refurbishment and retheme. The detail that has been put into the area is very nice.
Repainting of Mickey’s Fun Wheel and the addition of the “Paradise Pier” sign to California Screamin’ are just about completed. Work also continues on the World of Color water show that is set to debut next spring.
