Discovery Kingdom: Odin's Temple of the Tiger

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom has announced their new for 2009 addition: Odin’s Temple of the Tiger. The new animal exhibit will feature a more expansive exhibit along with stadium seating for the park’s tiger show. Temple of the Tiger will also incorporate a pool with glass viewing windows for guests to view the park’s diving tigers. Discovery Kingdom will be refurbishing the Jungle Theater, which will be the home of Odin’s Temple of the Tiger. For more information, read the press release or visit the official Six Flags website. Westcoaster: Blue Sky Cellar Opens

All photos Copyright 2008 :: Westcoaster Resort: Disneyland Resort Location: Anaheim, CA Westcoaster has a new park update from the Disneyland Resort where The Blue Sky Cellar is now open. With the billion dollar overhaul of Disney’s California Adventure underway, guests can now get a glimpse of future projects coming to DCA. The Blue Sky Cellar, located in the former Seasons of the Vine attraction, features concept art, models, and a video. Over at Disneyland, work on It’s A Small World is also progressing. Structure Fire at Great Escape

A fire broke out yesterday morning at The Great Escape destroying a food storage building. Local firefighters responded and contained the blaze to just the one building. There were no injuries reported at the Lake George, NY amusement park. The Great Escape will be open this weekend for Fright Fest. Read more here. Write comment (0 Comments)

Prowler Construction Continues
